Sean is beginning his first year with Resolute Lacrosse but he is no stranger to the lacrosse field.  He began his lacrosse career playing for the Upper Arlington Golden Bears and then played at the University of Tennessee before a career-ending knee injury.  Sean came back to his hometown and coached for the Upper Arlington High School boys’ lacrosse program for 24 years including 2 years as the freshman head coach and 16 years as the boys’ junior varsity head coach.   As head JV coach, he amassed an amazing record of 254-21-4.  He is a 1997 graduate of UA and was a member of the first undefeated team that won the Midwest and State titles.  While at UA he was a member of teams that won three State and three Midwest tournaments.  Sean also played in the Ohio Senior All-Star game and Played for Team Ohio, which won the Vail Shootout High School Championship.  Sean also coached summer lacrosse with C-12 and True Lacrosse for the past 10 years.

Since retiring from Upper Arlington Sean has joined the coaching staff for the Mason Lacrosse Club coaching in both the girls’ and boys’ programs for the past 5 years.  Sean lives in Mason with his wife Leslie, two children Mackenzie and Blake, and their dog Socks.
