Keith Poss
Keith played lacrosse at Worthington High School where he played on 3 State Championship teams and where he became an All-Midwest lacrosse player. He went on to play lacrosse for 4 years at Ohio University where he graduated from in 1995. Over the years Keith has coached boys’ lacrosse at the youth and high school levels including as assistant on another boys State Championship team at Thomas Worthington High School in 1996. In 2012, he began coaching youth girls’ lacrosse in the Olentangy area and, in 2017, Keith became head girls’ lacrosse coach at Olentangy Liberty Middle School where he remained for four seasons. In 2021, Keith was the head varsity girl’s lacrosse coach at Olentangy High School and led his team to a 2-1 record in the playoffs. In 2023, he returned to Olentangy Liberty Middle School as an assistant girl’s lacrosse coach and began coaching the Resolute Girls 2027 Black Team. In 2024, Keith became a co-head JV girls lacrosse coach at Dublin Coffman High School. Keith has over 14 years of lacrosse coaching experience and over 20 years of playing experience.
