Jay Schmoldt

Jay is a recent graduate of Lakewood High School, and will be a freshman defenseman at Capital University in the fall majoring in emerging media. At Lakewood, Jay was a 6 time letter winner, merit roll student and athletic scholar athlete. He was a two time lacrosse captain at Lakewood, and is the leading scorer in the program’s history and was 2 time team MVP.  He was also a 4 year varsity hockey player and a two time hockey captain. In addition, he has played for Resolute Cleveland since it started, was a Cleveland Suburban Lacrosse League all star, has been a volunteer lacrosse and hockey coach, and is a NASM certified personal trainer. This summer he will be coaching, but primarily he will be working on Cleveland’s digital and social media.
