Girls Elite Teams

Our extremely knowledgeable and dedicated staff selects our teams & players with the goal of fielding the best team possible and we evaluate players based on the following 4 categories:

• TECHNICAL
  • This is the most important piece of our sport.  This game is played with a ball and a stick. Being able to catch and throw, handle the ball, shoot, pick up ground balls, dodge, etc.  We put heavy emphasis on the basic fundamentals of the sport.

• TACTICAL
  • Lax IQ.  We value decision making with AND without the ball on all sides of the field.  Understanding the game and ability to read the play. Knowing what happens next and when to make the extra pass.  Speed of play and speed of possession.

• PHYSICAL
  • Change of speed, agility, endurance, quickness, etc.

• PSYCHOLOGICAL
  • We value commitment, attitude, mental toughness, coachability and positivity.  Integrity and respect on and off the field, always
