Dominic Perella
Perella is in his first year as head coach at Mount Union. He was the Offensive Coordinator at Baldwin Wallace previously and coached 2 USILA All-Americans, three All-Region players and was the OAC Regular Season Champion last year.
Before Baldwin Wallace Perella was at Marietta for five years. At Marietta, he worked as the defensive coordinator before transitioning over to offensive coordinator. He also oversaw all recruiting plans for the team.
Perella was also the high school director and recruiting coordinator for Low and Away Pittsburgh Lacrosse. He has helped coach over 50 student-athletes get to the next level. Prior to joining Low and Way, he was a recruiting coordinator at 412 Elite Lacrosse.
Perella also has experience coaching at the high school level as he was a defensive coordinator with the Seneca Valley School District and at Peters Township High School. At Peters Township, he coached the 2018 Pittsburgh Player of the Year and was an Assistant Coach of the Year candidate.
Prior to coaching, Perella played football and lacrosse at Thiel (Pa.) College. While at Thiel, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration. Perella was a four letterwinner in football and lacrosse and was a team captain in lacrosse.
