Keith played lacrosse at Worthington High School, where he played on 3 State Championship teams and became an All-Midwest lacrosse player. He went on to play lacrosse for four years at Ohio University and graduated in 1995. Over the years, Keith has coached boys lacrosse at the youth and high-school levels, including as an assistant coach on the boys’ State Championship team at Thomas Worthington High School. In 2012, he began coaching youth girls’ lacrosse in the Olentangy area. In 2017, Keith became the girls lacrosse head coach at Olentangy Liberty Middle School where he remained for four seasons. In 2021, Keith was the head coach of the girls varsity lacrosse team at Olentangy High School and led the team to a 2-1 record in the playoffs. In 2023, he returned to Olentangy Liberty Middle School as an assistant girls lacrosse coach and also began coaching the Resolute Girls 2027 Black Team. In 2024, Keith became co-head coach of the JV girls lacrosse team at Dublin Coffman High School where he coached again in 2025. Keith has more than 16 years of lacrosse coaching experience, including three years at Resolute, and more than 20 years of playing experience.
