Resolute offers Columbus Girls Elite Teams opportunities for the 2027 - 2035 age groups. In addition to practices, each team will participate in 3 summer events and our older teams will attend our overnight training camp at the beginning of the summer.

Reso Girls Tryout Selection Criteria
Our extremely knowledgeable and dedicated staff selects our teams & players with the goal of fielding the best team possible and we evaluate players based on the following 4 categories:
TECHNICAL
This is the most important piece of our sport. This game is played with a ball and a stick. Being able to catch and throw, handle the ball, shoot, pick up ground balls, dodge, etc. We put heavy emphasis on the basic fundamentals of the sport.
TACTICAL
Lax IQ. We value decision making with AND without the ball on all sides of the field. Understanding the game and ability to read the play. Knowing what happens next and when to make the extra pass. Speed of play and speed of possession.
PHYSICAL
Change of speed, agility, endurance, quickness, etc.
PSYCHOLOGICAL
We value commitment, attitude, mental toughness, coachability and positivity. Integrity and respect on and off the field, always
