John Ridgway has been coaching youth lacrosse in Upper Arlington for many years for both their rec and select programs. He has extensive experience coaching all levels across the youth sports continuum (lacrosse, basketball, football, baseball.

Joseph Aniano played lacrosse at Marist College, where he was a 3 year starter and team captain his senior year. He is currently a board member and coach for the New Albany Lacrosse Association. Originally from Long Island, NY, Joe now resides in New Albany with his wife Danielle and children Emma, Nicole, and Matteo.

J leads Upper Arlington’s third and fourth grade intramural lacrosse program and coaches UA’s 2029 select team. He played football and team handball at The United States Military Academy at West Point, holds a Level 1 Coaching Certification through US Lacrosse, and previously coached youth basketball, flag football, and soccer.
