Emily has been a collegiate lacrosse coach for the past 10 years and served 1 year as an assistant coach for the Switzerland National Team. She started her career at The Ohio State University for 2 years where she helped in a Big Ten Championship appearance and 2 trips to the NCAA Tournament. Following OSU, she joined the staff at The University of Findlay. During that time, Findlay reached the GLIAC Conference Championship for the first time in program history, instructed an All-American and All-Region selection, as well as GLIAC Midfielder of the Year. From 2016-2019, Emily served as Associate Head Coach and Recruit Coordinator at Merrimack College. She coached the programs first IWLCA First Team All-Region selection, NE10 Rookie of the Year and NE-10 Conference Championship. The first ever in program history. During the 2019-2020 Season, she served as an Assistant Coach for Central Michigan University. Unfortunately, the season was concealed due to COVID-19. Her last University collegiately was Ohio Northern University for the 2021-2022 season as Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator.

Personal
Emily holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Urbana University. Currently, sits as Athletics Site Administrator for Upper Arlington High School and is a Registered Athletic Administrator through the NIAAA. She resides in Marysville with her wife Grace, daughter Lucy and chocolate lab, Finnegan.
