Rory Jeffers

Coach Jeffers finished his 11th season as assistant men’s lacrosse coach in 2023, assisting with the offense and goalies. In his time, the Yellow Jackets have appeared in 4 OAC conference titles games, including the last 3 in a row.

He came to Berea after serving as an assistant coach at his alma mater St. Edward High School for five seasons. He has also coached with Cleveland Suburban lacrosse, Force lacrosse and Xcelerate lacrosse for the last 10+ years. In addition, Coach Jeffers has played with the Cleveland Demons box lacrosse team for the last 10 years, and is an avid hockey player.

He earned his bachelor’s degree and played club lacrosse at the University of Dayton. 

Jeffers resides in Fairview Park with his wife Meghan, daughter Delaney and chocolate lab, Otter.
