Resolute Lacrosse features a highly experienced coaching staff with extensive knowledge of the game at all levels. Our coaching staff has played collegiately at Division I, II, and III schools and has professional box and field lacrosse experience, bringing a variety of insight and guidance for Resolute players. During their playing careers, Resolute coaches have earned highest honors of All-American, All-Conference and have been selected for professional All-Star teams. In addition to playing lacrosse, our staff has coached at the youth, high school and collegiate levels winning championships and earning accolades including coach of year. We are selective in choosing coaches who align with our mission and vision for the program and support our philosophy of complete player development both on and off the field. Each exemplifies the Resolute motto: Never Stop, Never Quit, Be Resolute.

Professional Playing Staff Elite Team Consultants:

Anthony Kelly is a four time Major League Lacrosse All-Star, and the MLL all-time leader in face-off taken and won. A veteran of over 11 years of professional field and box lacrosse, Anthony currently plays for the Denver Outlaws.  Anthony is a four-time letter winner from the Ohio State University, and is the only Buckeye to lead the team in ground balls all four seasons. He has served as a captain at the collegiate and professional levels seven times, and coached collegiately at Denison University, Harvard University, and The Ohio State University.

Greg Bice played eleven seasons of defense in professional field and box lacrosse. A four-year letter winner at The Ohio State University, two-time NCAA All-American, GWLL Conference player of the year and Team MVP. Greg also was a four-time MLL Allstar and two-time New Balance Sportsman of the Year.

Dominique Alexander has played three seasons of professional field and box lacrosse. Dominique currently plays for the Ohio Machine. A four-year letter winner at The Ohio State University, Dominique was also a four-time OSU Scholar Athlete and three-time BIG TEN Scholar Athlete and NCAA All-American. In 2014, Dominique was named The Ohio Machine Oil Can award winner.

Eric O’Brien has played five seasons of professional field and box lacrosse. Eric currently plays for the Ohio Machine. A four-year letter winner at The Ohio State University, Eric was named Most Improved Player and led the Buckeyes in ground balls three times. He also earned Academic All-Big Ten and OSU Scholar Athlete honors.

Stefan Schroder has four years of professional field and box lacrosse experience. Stefan currently plays goalie for the Ohio Machine. He was a two-year letter winner at The Ohio State University, where he earned Defensive MVP and All-Conference honors twice, and was an Honorable Mention All-American. While at Onondaga Community College, Stefan won national championships as both a player and coach, and was the National Junior College Goalie of the Year.

Joel Zalesky played lacrosse from 2006-2010 at Seton Hill University where he was a DII First Team All-American Midfielder and the East Coast Conference Player of the Year. He also was the North American Lacrosse League MVP for the KY Stickhorses in 2012 & played professionally for the Toronto Nationals and The Ohio Machine.
